Financial Information

East Bay Fertility Center offers various financial packages in order to make the cost of treatment affordable. Diagnostic testing and IUI (artificial insemination) may be covered by insurance depending on the diagnosis. Due to the fact that many insurances do not cover IVF (in-vitro fertilization) East Bay Fertility Center offers creative financial planning. The plans are as follows:

• Single Cycle (one time retrieval and transfer)
• 2 Cycle
• Pay for 2 Single cycles and get third cycle for free
• Shared Risk (patient must qualify for this package)
• Teacher's Plan
• Emergency Personnel Plan (including Police, Fire, Paramedic, etc.)
• Military Plan
• Low Income Plans available

Corporate discounts may be available through East Bay Fertility Center. This can be addressed through the company's Human Resource Department.

There are various institutions that specialize in financing fertility services. We can assist you in that process.

The cost for testing and treatment will be reviewed with each patient at the time of the free initial consultation.
